Stunning views of Heddon Valley

Lovely peaceful escape!

We had a nice 5-night stay in a super comfy room. The location is perfect for walks right from the hotel, and the staff were so friendly. Dinner at the restaurant was tasty, but breakfast hours are pretty short and not easy to find out about for non-guests. it was a chill spot to unwind.

I had a lovely stay and enjoyed the cozy ambiance while sipping hot tea in the serene garden area. The breakfast was tasty, although it would’ve been nicer to have more variety for gluten-free options. this was a pleasant experience, and I’d recommend checking the menu details to avoid surprises. 😊

the inn is super dog friendly, which is a huge plus for pet owners! my room was nice and comfy, with good weather during my stay. really enjoyed the food, especially breakfast. the staff were friendly and made the experience even better. i also liked the relaxing atmosphere of the inn.

the en suite was a bit basic and could use some updates. also, i noticed some noise from other guests in the hallways at night.

The desserts at Hunter's Inn are magical, but the menu felt a bit limited.

The room was a standard double with a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, and a comfy seating area. Meals were beautifully cooked and diverse, with options for veggies. Breakfast included hot and fresh choices. Great outdoor spaces let us enjoy the views of the gardens. Staff were super friendly and really helpful with local advice.

Hunters Inn has a lovely location in the stunning Heddon Valley. The room I stayed in was spacious and very cosy. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome right away. The food was tasty, especially the desserts, which featured local flavors. Walks from the inn led to breathtaking scenery, perfect for exploring the area. I found the breakfast a bit lacking, as some items ran out too quickly. The service took longer than expected for lunch, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. I also noticed some areas in the inn showed signs of wear, such as peeling paint and a neglected bathroom. The place could definitely use a bit of a refresh, especially since it feels like it's run by a management agency rather than being locally cared for. the ambiance was nice, but I left wanting more attention to detail, especially regarding the food service and upkeep.

Beautiful gardens provide a serene escape. Limited menu options led to some disappointing meals. The pool table offered a fun distraction after long walks.

the breakfast was kinda disappointing, ran out of pastries and toast, and my partner's smoked salmon was super salty and dry.

I had a wonderful two-night stay, enjoying a cozy room and stunning views from the dining area. An excellent breakfast selection each morning.

Spacious room, modern bathroom, and excellent breakfast options made my stay truly enjoyable, especially the generous breakfast selection and beautifully presented grounds that allowed for lovely walks without needing a car.
